This is a very legitimate question to ask. Do you need to have any special knowledge/skills? Should you have had some prior training? Should you be of a particular age/size/weight/shape/gender/profession/anything else you can think of?
The answer, in one short word, is –
You can learn the Alexander Technique whatever your size/shape/weight etc etc. You should, however, be interested in improving your general wellness, and you should be willing to take the responsibility of applying what you learn, thoughtfully and regularly.
As I mentioned in the last post, you can apply it wherever you are and whatever you’re doing.
